Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and unworn

• Original tags must be attached

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Discounted or sale items

• Final clearance products

• Items damaged after delivery

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• If the item received was defective or incorrect, Srender will cover the return shipping cost.
